Testing & Validation
We provide independent advice and validation to both contracting companies and the property owner or facility manager:
- TR19 post clean validation surveys using VT (independent Vacuum testing)
- TR19 pre-clean evaluation surveys using VT or DTT or WFTT
- HTM03:01 Healthcare ventilation compliance surveys and validation for operating theatres and general areas
- vacuum tests –NADCA, HVCA VT (Vacuum test), FVT (the new Finnish Vacuum Test)
- microbiological tests – DIFCO Hycheck or Dimanco dip slides – measurement for microbiological growth, fungi, spores, bacteria – TM26 thresh hold limits
- Specialised testing for a specific strain – speciation, anthrax, C-Difficile etc
- Clean room particle count validation to EN ISO 14644 -1:1999 Classes 7 to 5 (other classes considered on special request).
- HEPA filter challenging
- Kitchen extract post clean assessments using the wet film thickness test : WFTT to 200µ
